This personalised dietary analysis is designed to provide a detailed snapshot of your current eating patterns, helping you understand the nutrient density of your diet and how your everyday choices support long-term, sustainable health. You will submit a 3-day food diary capturing what you eat and drink, meal timings, dietary requirements and preferences, current health conditions, where you shop, and basic information such as height, weight, and health goals.
I review your intake with a focus on:
Assessing macro- and micronutrient intake: identifying potential gaps and imbalances in your diet, and evaluating how your current food choices and meal patterns contribute to overall nutrient adequacy.
Nutrient density and bioavailability: examining how food combinations, timing, and preparation influence the absorption of key nutrients.
Food and supplement interactions: considering how medications, supplements, and foods interact with one another, how they influence nutrient status, and which foods and preparation methods may help support optimal levels naturally.
Cooking and preparation methods: recommending practical changes to enhance nutrient retention, improve absorption, and reduce potential toxic load, including suggestions for cooking utensils, oils, and basic kitchen swaps.
Symptom-linked dietary patterns: highlighting any foods or eating patterns that may contribute to digestive discomfort, energy fluctuations, or other lifestyle-related symptoms.
